1 Peter 4:10 + Encounter Meditation

Just as each one of you has received a special gift [a spiritual talent, an ability graciously given by God], employ it in serving one another as [is appropriate for] good stewards of God’s multi-faceted grace [faithfully using the diverse, varied gifts and abilities granted to Christians by God’s unmerited favor]. 1 Peter 4:10 (AMP)

Using What God Has Given You

Has anyone ever thanked you for something you knew you couldn’t take credit?
This meditation from 1 Peter 4:10 is about gifts.  Talents not of your own, but abilities that are given to you by God, for His glory.
Now welcome this prayer to remember, you have received a special gift and spiritual talent, graciously given by God.  Employ it in serving one another as is appropriate for a good steward of God’s multi-faceted grace. May you be thankful for your faith in Christ, be aware of the Holy Spirit’s leading in your gift, and encounter the gift God has given you at this moment and always.  Amen
