Nope! The correct answer is 43.
In the last equation there is only a SINGLE shoe, the wee guy is both wearing a PAIR of shoes and HOLDING his laces, plus there is a SINGLE lace. So, the equation is:
5 + 19 x 2 = 43 (PEMDAS)
