When I was listening to the Adide meditation this morning, it clicked how I am feeling this way....I am racing infront of God and Im running around in circles. And the antidote for this is I need to wait upon the Lord to be encouraged and renewed by the power of His Holy Spirit...... Only the Lords Spirit can renew me.
Time 4:02 Centre your thoughts on waiting for God's Guidance. No matter how impatient you feel commit to waiting on the Lord for answers
Time 5:55 ... When we move ahead of God without waiting on his direction we are making ourselves vulnerable to spiritual woundedness. How are you discouraged or impatient when God doesn't move at your speed
Time 7:01....In Isaiah 40:31 we are reminded that they shall mount up with wings like eagles. What a beautiful image of strength that gives us. As we picture the eagle rising far above the earth. Everything below becomes small and distant as the eagle soars. How does that image help you put your current circumstance into a different perspective
Time 8:01...When we feel stuck in hopeless situations we may begin running in circles but going nowhere. That's when we need to stop and wait on the strength of the Holy Spirit to move us. Where do you need to stop running in circles and wait for God to move.
Time 8:57... If you are weary of trying to fix everything in your life and do things on your own strength take this time to surrender it all to The Lord.
Time 9:39...Listen one last time to 2 Corinthians 4:16....So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day
Time 10:01....Let's pray, Lord forgive me for trying to build up my spiritual stamina without your Spirit. I know that there is nothing I can do apart from you. Thank you for renewing me in strenght to carry out your will and your purpose for my life. Help me Lord to be totally dependant on you wait I on you to renew me as only you can. In Jesus name I pray Amen.
