5 Destructive Habits That Strengthen The Sin Nature.

Lepard Symbolism

Spiritual Meaning of Leopards in Christianity and the Bible

Leopards are mentioned a handful of times in the Bible, often in reference to God's power. For example,

Jeremiah 12:23 says, "Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots? Then may ye also do good that are accustomed to do evil." This means nothing can remove a leopard's spots other than God Himself.

Isaiah 11:6: "The wolf will live with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat; The calf, the young lion, and the fattened calf together; and a little child will lead them." This passage describes the Kingdom of Heaven when Christ returns.

Hosea 13:7: "Therefore I will be unto them as a lion: as a leopard by the way will I observe them." God is compared first to a lion, and then to a leopard, explaining how He deals with wicked individuals.

Revelation 13:2: "The beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority." The beasts referenced are symbolic of empires rising from the sea, with the dragon being the most powerful: the Roman Empire.

Every Road Leads To You "JESUS"

When I was reading it I thought about the Wizard of Oz again. Instead of the red carpet it was a yellow brick road ...

A song started to play in my head there. Every journey whether red carpet..yellow brick road or the narrow road lead to o e thing ... JESUS!!!!!

I set out on a narrow way many years ago
Hoping I would find true love along the broken road
But I got lost a time or two
Wiped my brow and kept pushing through
I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you
That every long lost dream led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart, they were like Northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
Yes, He did
I think about the years I spent just passin' through
I'd like to have the time I lost and give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You've been there, you understand
It's all part of a grander plan that is coming true
Every long lost dream led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart, they were like Northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
Yeah
And now I'm just a-rollin' home
Into my lover's arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, mm, mm

2022 Diary.

Word For Today "NEVER BE PART OF A CLIQUE".

I love today's word from UCB....it is oh so true. I use to feel lonely and sad because I didn't have close friends. I have many aquantances but not close friends.but now I know why I haven't. When I was young and even into adulthood I use to hate been in wee cliques so I am fussy who I let into my inner circle(been hurt too many timesπŸ˜” )

I did one of those games on face book and I loved what it says at the end....if you miss use her trust she will leave, just like the sun she can shine alone  🌞

My Mobile...becoming too attached to it.

This morning I thought my phone was broken, It just went dead. So I was trying everything I could to get it started.  But I was not trying the one thing that I needed to do ~plug in into to be charged!!!!!.😱

I had it on charge before I went to bed last night so I thought it would be ok but I was on it a bit last night and early this morning. Because of my flare up my sleep was getting affected. So it wasn't just me that was getting drained it was my phone to.

It's funny how attached we become to technology and depend on it too much..way too much. It like the quote I heard for the brain IT CAN BE A GREAT SERVANT BUT A BAD MASTER!!!!  In the end itstarts to control us πŸ€’πŸ€―

Encounter Meditation Walking in Faith

In the meditation this morning this is what came up...

Listen carefully rather than listening  to individual  words, experience the wider narrative.
Narrative " a spoken or written account of connected events, a story.
In Latin it derives from Narrativius-telling a story.
Don't hear just words hear a purpose
Always be cheerful..life by faith.
Then a hymm pop into my head " walk With Me Oh my Lord"...through the brightess nights and darkest days.

Oh this is crazy, I swear it...early I was watching the clouds go by and it was like a hand stretched out, then when I was watching the video for the hymm the exact same image appeared in the video for walk with me WOW!!!!!

And in the meditation  it said to put our hand in Jesus hand and let him lead us in the dark. I did this and it was an amaising feeling.

Walking by faith take Jesus hand and let Him guide you. Ask Him to make you cheerful when facing the unknown...things that can be seen don't last long but things that are unseen lasts eternally. That's why we keep our mind on the things we can not see.

New Book: THE WORLD OF THE END TIMES.

Page xi ... Powerful words of Christ that ECHO through history
When I read the word echo I was reminded of a time when this word had a lot of synchronicity about it

*My Amazon device in living room is alled Echo.

*A film... Called Locke and key: The main character was called an echo.

*A Song....By Elevation Worship "Echo" love the lyrics to this song.

*Something I read...an echo is just something you send out and comes back to you. The scripture that was with this was you reap what you sow. If you give out negativity that's exactly what you get back!!!

Psychedelic Drugs...

Inside the UK’s new psychedelic drug trial clinic trying to treat depression and anxiety

Interest in psilocybin as treatment is growing, and this month Europe’s first commercial facility for psychedelic trials opens in London

Roullier describes the ordeal as a visceral and challenging exercise. During his hallucinatory trip he engaged with feelings and emotions he had been avoiding for years. “It was a Wizard of Oz moment,” Roullier recalls. “That doesn’t mean that everything was rosy and beautiful, but my anxiety and depression had lifted. I approached situations openly, the self doubt, and self recrimination in my head had faded away.”

Fear

This morning I was writing about fear then I read David Jeremiah Devotional and it was

Psalm 27:1-14 (nkjv)

AN EXUBERANT DECLARATION OF FAITHA
 Psalm of David.

27 The Lord is my light and my salvation;Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life;Of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When the wicked came against meTo eat up my flesh,My enemies and foes,They stumbled and fell.
3 Though an army may encamp against me,My heart shall not fear;Though war may rise against me,In this I will be confident.
4 One thing I have desired of the Lord,That will I seek:That I may dwell in the house of the LordAll the days of my life,To behold the beauty of the Lord,And to inquire in His temple.
5 For in the time of troubleHe shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacleHe shall hide me;He shall set me high upon a rock.
6 And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me;Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle;I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.
7 Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice!Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
8 When You said, “Seek My face,”My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.”
9 Do not hide Your face from me;Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help;Do not leave me nor forsake me,O God of my salvation.
10 When my father and my mother forsake me,Then the Lord will take care of me.
11 Teach me Your way, O Lord,And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies.
12 Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me,And such as breathe out violence.
13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believedThat I would see the goodness of the LordIn the land of the living.
14 Wait on the Lord;Be of good courage,And He shall strengthen your heart;Wait, I say, on the Lord!

God's Favourite Idiot

From the series..God's Favourite Idiot.

Walls Of Jericho

There’s a great example of this in God’s “Hall of Fame” in Hebrews 11. Remember Joshua and Jericho, where the walls fell down? How did they fall down? Hebrews 11:30 says, “By faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the army had marched around them for seven days” (NIV).

The people of Israel were going into the Promised Land, where the powerful city of Jericho was located. God promised he was going to let the Israelites into the city and then gave them his plan: “I want you to march around Jericho for seven days. Then on the seventh day, I want you to march around the city seven times, thanking me for the victory that’s going to come.” And when the people did that, the walls just fell. God did what he’d promised!

Shed The Old Armour

Shed the Old Armour

I am unravelling your life layer by layer, removing the buildup of hardness and defence that the years have created.

Often, people will take up armour that wasn’t meant for them to protect themselves from harsh words and intense warfare. This creates a hardening that makes it difficult for the My Spirit to soften and penetrate the heart. But as David refused to wear Saul’s heavy, burdensome armour, so I am calling you to strip yourself of anything that has kept you from being real and raw with Me.

I am asking you to be vulnerable, allowing Me to shape and mould you into My perfect image. You can trust Me in the process even when it’s painful because the greater outworking of My glory will be manifest in your life

through your humility and soft heart.

Deuteronomy 30:6 (NIV)

The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

Psalm 51:10 (NIV)

Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

We Speak Without Thinking

Hello ..This may be the most comman cause of failure in our life. We put our mouth in motion before we put our mind in gear. And we speak impulsively,  and we speak rationally and we speak in haste.  And we speak thoughtlessly and we don't  pause to consider the damage of what we are about to say. What it's going to do in the lives of other people or even on our own lives. We just speak impulsively and the true reason is we don't think rationally we think emotionally.

Most of the time when you talk you are not thinking about what your talking about. Your not thinking rationally. Your not thinking what's the unintended consequences of what I'm about to say.You never stop and say Lord do you want me to say this.Your not asking God is this the right thing to say at the right time in the right way. No you just say what ever you feel.

People say well I just say what ever I feel... i say thats a mark of courage, no I say that is a sign of immaturity. Children do that they say what ever they feel. Adults need to have a governor on their mouth

So when you feel envy you speak in envy. When tou feel jealousy you speak in  jealousy

Humble Heart /Proud Mind

1 Corinthians 8:2

but sometimes our humble hearts can help us more than our proud minds

1 Corinthians 8:2 Meaning and Commentary

1 Corinthians 8:2

And if any man think that he knows anything
Whoever has an opinion of himself, or is conceited with his own knowledge, and fancies that he knows more than he does; which is always the case of those that are elated with their knowledge, and treat others with contempt, and have no regard to their peace and edification:

he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know;
if he did, he would know this, that he ought to consult the peace, comfort, and edification of his brother; and therefore whatever knowledge he may fancy he has attained to, or whatever he may be capable of, and hereafter obtain, for the present he must be put down for a man that knows nothing as he should do; for he knows neither his duty to God nor man; if he knew the former, he would know the latter.

Jesus Listens

October 3

Dear Jesus,

Help me remember that I am not on trial. Your Word assures me there is no condemnation for those who belong to You-those who know You as Savior. I have already been judged "Not guilty!" in the courts of heaven through Your finished work on the cross. Your sacrificial death and miraculous resurrection have set me free from bondage to sin. I want to live joyfully in this freedom-learning to relax and savor my guilt-free posi tion in Your kingdom. Yet I struggle to live in this amazing freedom You won for me, Lord.

I'm so thankful for the grace You have lavished on me. Please work in my heart so that gratitude for Your grace fuels my desire to live according to Your will. The closer I live to You, the better I can discern Your will-and the more fully I can experience Your Joy and Peace. Knowing You intimately helps me trust You enough to receive Your Peace even in the midst of trouble. And overflowing with thankfulness has the delightful "side effect" of increasing my Joy!

In Your gracious Name,

Amen

ROMANS 8:1 NLT; So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

JOHN 8:36 ESV; So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

EPHESIANS 1:7-8; In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight

COLOSSIANS 2:6-7; Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.
