IF poem by Rudyard Kippling
Was reading a sample of a book called The Obstacle Is The Way by Ryan Holiday. A poem by Rudyard Kippling came to mind. I first read this poem when i was at an A.A meeting. And it stuck with me especial the words I had highlighted on this page...Keep your head when all else around you are loosing theirs.
