But here are some that stood out for me.

A speaker was describing the difference between the things we tell ourselves and a GPS giving us directions whilst driving. If we miss the exit, the GPS simply reroutes us so we can reach our destination. It's doesn't scream at us, "HOW MANY TIMES DID I F*CKING TELL YOU TO TAKE THE EXIT YOU IDIOT!"
It's the same thing when we make a mistake or slip up. Instead of beating ourselves up and wallowing in our misery, all we have to do is understand where we are now and which new path we must take to get to where we're going. Just because you've added 6 mins to your journey doesn't mean you have to curse yourself and keep driving in the wrong direction. Just get in the correct lane, take the next exit, and before you know it, you'll be where you need to
