Through the worship the word "HELP" was with me it was in the songs and because I wasnt feeling well i just was asking for help to make it through.

Pointers I got from the message Micheal was given

# Proverb 18:21 New International Version (NIV)

21 The tongue has the power of life and death,
    and those who love it will eat its fruit.

#Speaking the mess into being

# Dont like what your seeing....stop saying what your saying (really hit me this)

#Can't talk negative and live a positive life....poor mouth-----poor life

#God spoke things into creation...

#Line up with what God says about you...

#Words of blessing...Bless our Future.

#God gave us 2 ears and one mouth for a reason lol..

#2 ears so we can listen more..

Taming the Tongue

Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness.

Michael spoke to me at the end of the church and it made me feel so much better. He gave me Proverb 6:1-5

Practical Warnings 

1         My son, if you have put up security for your neighbor,

    have given your pledge for a stranger,
2 if you are snared in the words of your mouth,
    caught in the words of your mouth,
3 then do this, my son, and save yourself,
    for you have come into the hand of your neighbor:
    go, hasten,[a] and plead urgently with your neighbor.
4 Give your eyes no sleep
    and your eyelids no slumber;
5 save yourself like a gazelle from the hand of the hunter,[b]
    like a bird from the hand of the fowler.
