My back was really painfull today, so I decided to look up my Louise Hay Book for the negative thought patterns what I'm supposed to be thinking.
But its so funny all what it said I could relate too...but what I did was replace the new age saying to a Christ Centred Affirmations
Here what the first and end ones say
First One : I am centred and calm and balanced. The universe approves of me. I trust my higher self. All is Well
My Christian One : I am Centered and Balanced Because God Approves Of Me. I Trust Jesus. And All Is Well Because I Am filled with The Holy Spirit
Last One : I bring my life into balance by loving myself. I live in today and love who I .am.
This one was A little bit harder because I don't love myself!!!!
Then The Holy Spirit gave me Ephesians 5:29.....For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church.
And he also imprinted on me that I AM A CHILD OF GOD and that I should love myself and my body and stop talking negative stuff over myself.
When anyone spoke about my children in a negative way I wasn't happy. I could tell them off, but that was because they were my sons.
So I am God's Daughter so I need to not stop letting others and my own negative self talk ruin my life.
This is what Pastor Micheal said at church on Sunday the 20th October 2019. Here is a link to that blog I did about the sermon :

As long as my Papa is happy with me that's enough. I like calling him Papa its becaused I watched a film called "The Shack"
I was also given theses verses and I love the message they gave me.
Its so funny because when I went to look them up it was The Message Version that I got.
#He said, “That you love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and muscle and intelligence—and that you love your neighbor as well as you do yourself.”
Luke 10:27 MSG
#Everything in the world is about to be wrapped up, so take nothing for granted. Stay wide-awake in prayer. Most of all, love each other as if your life depended on it. Love makes up for practically anything. Be quick to give a meal to the hungry, a bed to the homeless—cheerfully. Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it: if words, let it be God’s words; if help, let it be God’s hearty help. That way, God’s bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he’ll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything—encores to the end of time. Oh, yes!
1 Peter 4:7-11 MSG
#Don’t run up debts, except for the huge debt of love you owe each other. When you love others, you complete what the law has been after all along. The law code—don’t sleep with another person’s spouse, don’t take someone’s life, don’t take what isn’t yours, don’t always be wanting what you don’t have, and any other “don’t” you can think of—finally adds up to this: Love other people as well as you do yourself. You can’t go wrong when you love others. When you add up everything in the law code, the sum total is love .
Romans 13:8-10 MSG
Then my message from my perpetual Calender " Mary's heart in a Martha's Worls" helped also
Love for God. Love for others. Worship and Service. These are the two ends of our treetrotter. Though Love for God comes first the two canteen separated. One flowsfrom the other-and back again. Thats what it means to live a balanced life. A Christ like life.
This says it aΔΊl. Thank you Holy Spirit for opening my eyes to the truth.
.......LOVE COVERS IT ALL.......IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL......
